Position Description
Our priority upon accepting the assignment is to acquire a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities, reporting functions, expectations and organizational environment of our client.
Candidate Profile
A candidate profile will be developed from the position description that will encompass educational background, experience, achievements, goals and future potential.
Identification of Candidates
Once potential candidates have been identified and preliminary screening has taken place, a “short list” will be determined through in-depth interviewing, evaluation of qualifications, initial reference checking and assessment of experience, interest and compatibility with the position.
Presentation of Candidates
Once our screening and interviewing process has been completed, the most suitable candidate will be presented for your interviewing and assessment.
Client interview and final decision
At this point your policies and preferences will determine the steps taken in hiring. The expertise we have acquired through years of successful personnel searches is available to assist you throughout this process, as required.
Client/Candidate Communication
Both you and the candidates under consideration will be kept informed of progress throughout the selection process.
Follow-up
During the first six-month period of employment, we will consult with you and the successful candidate to ensure that the expectations of both parties are being met and that anticipated progress is being achieved
Fees
Our fees are determined by the nature of the position, the skills required, and the scope involved in the search. The total fee will be established prior to accepting the assignment.
Disbursements
Costs subsequent to the fee will be the responsibility of the client and will be submitted for your approval prior to expenditure.
Payment Schedule
Payments are due and payable within twenty days of date of invoice.
Our Guarantee
Should an employee hired on the recommendation of QUESTUS TALENT HAWKS. leave your employ for any reason, other than layoffs or redundancy, within the established guarantee period, one replacement will be provided free of charge up to the value of 100% of the initial paid placement fee, provided we are notified in writing within seven days of candidate’s termination. This guarantee will only apply to the position originally hired, there is no refund.
If a replacement is not required, a credit for the amount of the original fee will be issued and may be applied to the next permanent placement assignment within 12 months of the date of termination or employees official written notice is given. The guarantee is applicable once per assignment, it does not nullify nor cancel the original invoice and does not cover termination or layoffs due to staff reduction, corporate restructuring or relocation. The placement guarantee is initiated and contingent upon receiving full payment within the specified payment terms.
